kpvip Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the kpvip website, mobile web application, and all associated gaming software, tools, and services accessible at kpvip.app.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the kpvip Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their kpvip Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted by kpvip to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before a Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by kpvip before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures to which kpvip is subject under applicable Philippine law.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) disclosures, and gameplay instructions applicable to each individual game available on the Platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond kpvip's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party service providers.

By accessing the kpvip Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the kpvip Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific terms that may apply.

These Terms take effect from the date you complete the kpvip registration process and remain in force for the duration of your Account's existence, including any period during which your Account may be suspended or under review.

If you are accessing the kpvip Platform on behalf of any legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, corporate accounts are not permitted — only natural persons may hold kpvip Accounts.

To register a kpvip Account, you must:

• Be a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
• Be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number;
• Not already hold an existing kpvip Account, whether active, suspended, or closed;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of kpvip or any of its game provider partners;
• Not be a person who has self-excluded from the kpvip Platform or any other gaming platform under a PAGCOR-affiliated exclusion program.

kpvip reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons. Registration of an Account does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all Platform features pending completion of KYC verification.

kpvip operates a mandatory KYC process consistent with Philippine AML obligations. Players will be required to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, or PhilSys National ID), proof of current residential address, and where applicable, documentary evidence of the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in account restrictions and the inability to process withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kpvip Account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. kpvip strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable and maintain 2FA via SMS OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number at all times;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify kpvip support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

kpvip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. kpvip will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from kpvip that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

kpvip accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of deposit. Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank online banking, and approved cryptocurrency channels. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may be updated periodically.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. kpvip does not accept third-party deposits — the name on your deposit source must match the name on your kpvip Account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability. kpvip targets the following processing timelines, which are aspirational and not guaranteed:

• GCash and PayMaya: under 5 minutes for verified accounts;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1–3 business days;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: subject to network confirmation times.

All withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. kpvip may place a temporary processing hold on withdrawals for security review, AML screening, or bonus wagering verification. kpvip will not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges for which kpvip accepts no responsibility.

The official Account currency on kpvip is Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All balances, wagering requirements, bonus values, and transaction records are denominated in PHP. kpvip does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in alternative currencies via cryptocurrency channels will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

kpvip offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all kpvip bonuses unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus credits must be wagered according to the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal request will be processed;
• Bonus credits and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met;
• kpvip reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms;

All games available on the kpvip Platform are governed by individual Game Rules accessible within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable Game Rules. In the event of a discrepancy between any promotional material and the official Game Rules, the Game Rules prevail.

All kpvip games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories. RNG certification records are available upon reasonable written request to our support team. kpvip does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so on a per-player or per-session basis.

kpvip reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical malfunction affected the integrity of the game outcome;
• A software bug or pricing error resulted in an incorrect payout calculation;
• There is evidence that the bet was placed using an automated tool, bot, or artificial intelligence;
• The bet formed part of a pattern consistent with exploitation of a known game vulnerability.

In cases of voided bets due to technical malfunction, kpvip's liability is limited to the return of the original bet stake to the player's Real Money Balance.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Registering an Account if under 21 years of age or in a restricted jurisdiction;
• Operating multiple kpvip Accounts simultaneously or in sequence;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any stage;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity;
• Using any form of software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security measures;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any kpvip software or game client;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Transferring Account balances or credits to any other player or third party;
• Using the Platform in any manner that causes or may cause disruption to other players or kpvip's operations.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PHP;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after specified session durations;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with a mandatory lock-out period.

kpvip enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine responsible gaming standards and cooperates fully with PAGCOR's player protection framework.

All content available on the kpvip Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of kpvip or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Creating derivative works based on any kpvip intellectual property;
• Using kpvip trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent;
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting any data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of kpvip intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kpvip's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

kpvip shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure, or third-party service provider outages;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including as a result of Account suspension or closure;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where kpvip has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kpvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kpvip support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC and AML checks.

kpvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider;
• Detection of multiple Account registration in violation of the one-account rule;
• A Player's self-exclusion request;
• Any regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement direction requiring Account restriction.

In cases of Account closure for cause, kpvip reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following completion of required checks unless withheld pursuant to a regulatory or legal obligation.

kpvip is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the kpvip Platform, including game outcomes, bonus application, or transaction processing, you should follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via the kpvip live chat or by email to [email protected]. Include your Account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 7 business days, you may request escalation to the kpvip Disputes Resolution Team by clearly marking your email "FORMAL DISPUTE." A written resolution will be provided within 14 business days of escalation.
3. Step 3 — Final Review: If you remain unsatisfied following the formal escalation outcome, kpvip's decision as communicated in writing represents our final position. Players retain the right to pursue any available remedies under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

Game outcome disputes involving RNG integrity are evaluated using certified server-side game logs which constitute the authoritative record of all game events. In all cases of dispute involving game outcomes, the Platform's server-side records shall prevail over any client-side display, screenshot, or player recollection.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

kpvip acknowledges and operates in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming, consumer protection, data privacy (Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012), and anti-money laundering (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended).

kpvip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights, financial obligations, or account conditions — kpvip will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via the registered email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

The current version and effective date of these Terms will always be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the kpvip Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure.
